How God Saved Jesus

How God Saved Jesus

Some troubles we find ourselves in are something we should have no business with. Judging the situation from a natural point of view may suggest that there was really nothing we could have done. But most times, there is more to our experiences than what the eye could see. Sometimes Christians enter into trouble and even lose their lives as a result of disconnection from divine consciousness, divine path, or divine instruction.

We should not be like them that walk in darkness. Our lives should not be subject to the uncertainty of this world. Our 'spiritual' intuition, 'force field', and direction should protect us from certain dangers. We should know when to move right or left. Not necessarily by suddenly hearing voices but by naturally walking in His leading.

For instance, the baby Jesus was born at the time of the great massacre of children. The killings were unannounced, sudden, and brutal. Jesus' age was within the bracket of the children that were made to die. But he was saved from the killings by the unplanned relocation of his family to Egypt. Joseph was divinely aware of the incoming trouble and what he was to do to save the child just a day before the commencement of the heartless massacre. Have you ever wondered what would have happened to Jesus and God's plan for salvation if Joseph missed the message that night? God knew that the child may be lost unless he is taken to a safer location, that's why he gave the instruction. Imagine if the parent missed the point and little Jesus was killed, many would have wondered why God allowed such to happen. Many would have blamed God for not supernaturally preventing Herod from killing the messiah.

Oh, how many troubles we would have avoided if only we knew what the spirit was communicating. Something told you to stay inside but you couldn't get the message until you've entered into trouble. How painful it is to realize what the Spirit is saying when it's already late. If only you joined the first bus, you would have escaped the predicament. The bible said that before trouble befell David, Satan moved him to number Israel. Alas, David didn't realize that his desire for the census was motivated by the Devil.

We should try to live our life on earth as it's designed in heaven. We should try to move when we should and to halt when we should. We should develop our spiritual sensitivity to the point that our ways are in sync with the Spirit. Jesus was constantly in tune with heaven. He was always operating on divine frequency. He always knows what to do. He was always in charge, he was always a master of situations. He was never a victim. He explained how he lived his life: 'I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does." (John 5:19). He was always in sync with heaven.

We should aim to be like Jesus. Just like the children of Israel, we should know when the pillar of the cloud is moving and when it's standing still.
